At Auren Archive, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Depending on your location, carrier availability, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside of our control, delivery may take longer. Some orders may arrive within 2–10 business days, while remote or international locations may experience additional delays.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers and Delays

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, final delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Auren Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, local postal delays, holiday volume, missed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping information, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

We do not issue refunds solely because an order is delayed while in transit. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track the package.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched. Tracking scans may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Auren Archive is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aurenwatches20@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer. Auren Archive is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, building reception, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, or neighbors.

Auren Archive is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your package appears to be lost in transit before delivery, please contact us at aurenwatches20@gmail.com and we will help review the tracking information and advise on the next steps.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Refunds for returned-to-sender packages may exclude any shipping, handling, or carrier-related costs incurred.
