Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and protective plastic wrapping on the watch fully intact and included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item has been damaged due to misuse, wear, neglect, or improper handling by the customer, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning your order. Auren Archive is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

• Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Important Notes on Refunds

We do not issue refunds for orders that are still in transit and have not yet been delivered.

Before placing an order, please make sure you are ordering the correct product and that your shipping address is accurate.
